Please have a look at my variety of vegetarian cakes which are free of any animal products such as eggs, etc. although I can bake you a normal cake as well. I do bake most types of cakes from Fruit Cakes, to Sponge Cakes to Cream Cakes for parties, to exotic Ginger, Sultana, Fruits and Brandy Cakes which are very popular for Wedding Cakes and other such occassions, given enogh time and specifications.
