This tour is designed to bring you a variety of experiences from living the life styles of the Maharajas and the rich nobility in ‘Heritage palaces’, to living in the thatched traditional huts known as Bhungas.Come relax by the white sands of the little known seaside resort at Mandvi, in the Kutch desert, living in the luxurious air-conditioned tents within the private beach besides the exotic palace of Maharaja Vikram Singhji.
The Raan Rider experience at Dasada takes in the safari in the Deserts of Little Raan of Kutch, where the very rare Wild Ass can be seen, taking in the traditional folk dances and dining by the campfire enjoying local tribal food. On the northward journey to Patan where traditional silk and mirror-work can be seen as well as historical stepwells. In Modhera, we will visit the 1000 years old Sun Temple.
Let us show you the world famous Calico Museum at Ahmedabad, the centre of the oldest cotton industry of India. See one of the most exclusive collections of vintage cars in the world, belonging to the Maharaja of Gondal, and the never-to-be-missed Mahatma Gandhi Ashram at Ahmedabad, where the history of the freedom fight began
